John Payne (Agent Gary Ladelfo/Da Boss/Cpl. Punishment)

John's past credits include the Player King in last year's debut Uprising Theatre Company production of "Hamlet", KingVladimir in "Waiting for Godot", directed by Richard Schechner at the Confrontations Festival in Lublin, Poland. Henry Harry in "Brilliant Traces" at the Edinburgh International Festival. Title roles in "The Swan" directed by David Wheeler at W.H.A.T., Malcolm in "Malcolm's Call" at Synchronicity Space, Harpagon in "The Miser" directed by Beth Milles and Woyzek, Cyrano DeBergerac and Cervantes/Quixote in "Man of La Mancha". Also in New York: Cassius in "Julius Ceasar", Paroles in "All's Well That Ends Well", Tybalt in "Romeo and Juliet", Anton in "How Far To Jaisalmeer?", Garrick in "Whenever I Fall At Your Feet", "Henry IV parts I & II" at La Mama, "G.O.D." at the Bank Street Theatre, "Apollo of Bellac" at the West Bank Cafe. Original casts of "Black Snow", "Silence Cunning Exile" and "The L.A. Plays" at the American Repertory Theatre. "Death of a Salesman" with Ralph Waite at the Papermill Playhouse. John is a member of East Coast Artists and a graduate of the A.R.T. School at Harvard University.
